To determine the size you need:

For clasp style :
Please use a soft measuring tape to measure your pets neck, or remove their collar and measure it instead.
Measure at the base of the neck.
Order a size larger for a comfortable fit, Or two inches if your pet is furry.

For slip on style :

1. Measure the widest part of your pet's head snugly with a soft, flexible measuring tape.
2. Widest part of your pet's head is typically right in front of their ears.
3. If your pet has larger neck than head, select the larger measurement to ensure a comfortable fit.

* Please do not use a hard measuring tape.

Tip: You can pinch on the tape to make a “necklace” and try to slip the tape through the head and onto the neck to make sure you have gotten the right length.
